14 years ago I went into the hospital. 27 hours later a delivery via C-section to my first and only son. He was born 10 lbs 14oz. Unbeknownst to me I lay only alive through life support, a loss of 14 units of blood. My heart was resuscitated, my bowels had collapsed as did my lungs.
Two days later I regained consciousness while being escorted in an elevator between several hospitals. I later found out that a special doctor was flown in to give me three uterine embolization‘s. I met my son for the first time. I could feel the love surrounding my bedside from family. My memory of that moment was me holding him up. His strong neck, his huge eyes. I felt this bundle of strength and his bumbling of joy.
His name means lucky and generous. my gynecologist told me I was lucky, it was only by miracle I had survived.
Over the weeks to come I was fed through a feeding tube. I learned how to breathe and walk again.
On my return home I was left with many emotions and a lot of questions. Why did I survive? What is my purpose? How will I move forward? Will I ever be strong enough to be the mom I want to be?
In the months to come I would learn that my thyroid wasn't working optimally. Then came another round of blood tests that confirmed that I had severe hypothyroidism. Upon seeing a specialist I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. This is an autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks the tissue of the thyroid. Mostly I was exhausted. You couldnt scrap me off the floor if you tried.
With all the strength I could muster I asked a simple question. How did this happen to my body?
The answer simply. You genetically were predisposed to getting a thyroid disease since it runs in your family.
That did not answer my question.
I was born with a healthy thyroid. I lived till I was 32 without any symptoms. So what happened physiologically within my body for my thyroid to become diseased?
Without any concrete answers I knew my personal mission for my health was to have a better understanding of what was happening within myself.
That led me to study holistic nutrition with CSNN. I became an expert in the field of thyroid health as I naturally healed an autoimmune condition and hypothyroidism. This did not happen overnight. It took diligence and patience. With time and blood work results that encouraged me to stay the course I saw a difference within 18 months. With more patience and including other aspects to my regime then my thyroid illness healed.
These aspects included the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual. One was not separate from the other.
I've since been teaching others how to renew their energy, how to heal their own illnesses. I use many modalities in my practice. I am trained in the art of facial analysis for cellular deficiencies. I've learned the practice of muscle testing which is a form of Kinesiology. I also apply TCM practices which include food changes for energyhealing and lifestyle changes for nourishing the emotional and spiritual body.

I have expertise in my field for over 15 years. Let me support your journey from illness to wellness. The first step begins with facial analysis. We can do this online from anywhere in the world or I have clients that come from near and afar for an in-house session.
My body healed from an incurable thyroid disease using food changes. I am a mom. My office is online. My clients stretch from every coast. I know when to wake early or stay up late to serve my fellow humanity in New Zealand And Australia. My southern neighbours in the US keep me busy. From day to day my business might look like working with a client via email then moving on to shipping orders followed by an in-house consultation. To keep on top of all my clients needs you can find me taking a course to further my studies. Most recently a TCM course and understanding the meaning of symptoms. The latest is a class on the effect of flavours on the health of our individual body.
My focus is to teaching you how food choices and lifestyle changes encourage the body to heal itself.
I am also looking forward to introducing a fall flavour class. Stay tuned for more information.
